Being sidelined from something you love is hard.

Here are some ideas to make it a little easier:
First, know that it's going to get better, even if it doesn't feel that way.
Make sure to ask for help from the people around you.
This is your chance to try something new with your extra time, so you may as well take advantage!
If you're feeling down, don't isolate yourself; make sure to let people know you need their support.
If you can't play on a team, offer to be the manager or score keeper as a way to stay involved!
Keep moving and stick with your PT!
Be flexible and make new friends off the field!
